Delete Your Account

You can delete your Upoznajme account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app or by contacting us via email.

Option 1: Delete in the App (Recommended)

Open the Upoznajme app and log in.

Go to your Profile tab (bottom right).

Tap Settings → Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you can't access the app, send us an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" including the email address associated with your account.

What data is deleted?

  • Your profile (name, photos, bio, preferences)
  • All chat messages and match history
  • Your account credentials
  • All personal data stored in our database

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the Google Play Store before deleting your account.
